Kids Eye Tests in Bispham
Caring For Your Child's Eyes
Did you know your kids can have their eyes tested from as young as one year old?
Typically, we recommend your child’s first eye examination is around four years of age - but this can be sooner if you are worried about their vision.
If you suspect your child is struggling, then don’t hesitate to get in touch. In most cases children aren’t even aware they have eye conditions, so don’t rely on them to tell you.
As with the majority of medical conditions, the sooner eye problems are diagnosed the more likely they are to be successfully treated.
The Impact of Poor Eyesight
Problems with a child’s vision can mean difficulty seeing the board or reading at school, which can quickly develop into boredom, disruptive behaviour and even a lack of interest in education altogether.
For this reason, it’s important to make sure your child has their eyes tested regularly.
Our kids eye tests are fun and relaxed. It doesn’t matter how well your child can read and we keep you informed every step of the way.
